 As I rock Laelia, gently swaying my hips left to right, moving my spine then my head 5-6 cm one way then the other - I look at the corner of the bed, smoothly panning from one perspective to another, the edge of the ikea shelves and become more aware of their 3 dimentionality, and the spatial nature of the room.
 Moving in and looking at the room in this way feels like it unlocks something.
+What lives on the 3rd rung of the clothes horse? Or by the stain on the arm of the sofa? Small parts of myself, Laura, Leo and Laelia and the others that have spent time here. If small parts of a spaces soak up particular parts of thoughts and feelings into their material fabric. Could the rain sodden brick behind flaking white paint or Laelia's wet vests and sleep suits dropped on the dryer provide a habitat for others like them, living for their own reasons long after the meanings we first gave them.
